boat club liability release
Declaration by the Ticket Buyer
In consideration of my being permitted, upon my own request, to be able to participate in all the various water activities, available and provided at the boat club, I hereby undertake and agree, unequivocally and unconditionally, that neither my self, nor any of my heir, executors or assignees or administrators, in any manner or capacity, shall make any claim against the RJL Boat Club or the Ratapani Jungle Lodge or M/s. Wildberries Resorts (P Ltd, or any of its officers or staff, or against any person, associated or in services of, temporarily or permanently, with respect to any injury or loss, of any nature, of/for any person or property, including death or disability, which may be suffered, while participating in any of the activities on offer at the boat club, or its premise. Furthermore, I clearly understand that no compensation shall be claimed or paid by or shall / may become due upon the RJL Boat Club, Ratapani Jungle Lodge or Wildberries Resorts (P) Ltd or any of its employees, staff or representatives.
I hereby free and unconditionally bind myself and execute indemnity in favour of the RJL Boat Club, Ratapani Jungle Lodge or Wildberries Resorts (P) Ltd or any of its employees, staff or representatives, directly or indirectly in service thereof, against any claim which may be made by any user of our facilities or any third party, against them or any matter arising out of any inadvertent negligence, default, act or omission, including an in connection with and with reference to any of the water activities on offer and being availed of.
